Subprocessors

Approved subprocessors may be used for:

• Hosting
• Billing
• Email delivery
• AI translation
• Monitoring

Breach notification

Processor will notify Controller without undue delay after becoming aware of a confirmed personal data breach where legally required.

Deletion

Customer data may be deleted after account closure according to retention policies and legal obligations.
