Refund Policy

Last updated: 20 August 2026

1. Billing and payment processing

i18nme subscriptions are billed and processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment collection, sales tax/VAT, and acts as the seller of record for all subscription purchases. Your receipt and billing relationship for the transaction itself is with Paddle.

2. Free plan

i18nme offers a free plan with no payment required, so you can evaluate the product before subscribing to a paid plan.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time from the billing page in the portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to your paid plan's features until then, and you will not be charged again afterward.

4. Refunds

Because a full-featured free plan is available to evaluate the product before purchase, subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. That said, we will consider a refund on a case-by-case basis for:

  • A duplicate or accidental charge
  • A demonstrable billing error on our part
  • A first-time subscription canceled within 14 days of the initial charge

To request a refund, contact support with your account email and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle and may take several business days to appear.

5. Plan changes

Upgrades take effect immediately and are billed at the new plan's rate on your next billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial-period refund is issued for the difference.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer — most billing issues can be resolved directly and faster this way. As the Merchant of Record, Paddle manages the chargeback process for disputed transactions.

7. Governing law

Poland, subject to mandatory legal requirements.
