1. Acceptance

i18nme is built and operated by Cod3lab Karol Piecyk, a sole proprietorship registered in Poland ("Cod3Lab", "Company", "we", "us"). By using i18nme you agree to these Terms.

2. Service description

i18nme provides translation management, localization APIs, AI-assisted translation, collaboration features, and related services.

3. Customer responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• All content uploaded
• Validating translations before production use
• Compliance with applicable laws
• Protecting API keys

4. AI generated content disclaimer

Translations may be generated by third-party AI providers. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Customer assumes all risks arising from use of AI-generated content.

5. No warranty

SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". NO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION ARE PROVIDED.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
• Company shall not be liable for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business interruption, or security incidents.
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid during the preceding 12 months.

7. Suspension

Accounts may be suspended for abuse, excessive usage, legal requirements, security risks, or non-payment.

8. Termination

Company may terminate access at any time where reasonably necessary for security, legal, operational, or business reasons.

9. Governing law

Poland, subject to mandatory legal requirements.
